How the Parish plan works
Marriage preparation is of prime importance, the Catechism says. The plan takes the busywork out of it so your staff can spend their time with the couples.

A worked example of the cost per couple
Outside online marriage prep courses usually charge a one time fee per couple. Here is the arithmetic for a busy parish, with your own numbers if you want them.
With 25 couples a month
- Outside course at $150 to $300 per couple: $3,750 to $7,500 a month.
- Parish plan billed monthly: $149 a month, about $5.96 per couple.
- Parish plan billed yearly: $74 a month, about $2.96 per couple.
Outside course fees vary. Use the calculator with the price your parish actually pays or asks couples to pay.

Each diocese decides which programs it accepts
Marriage preparation rules belong to the bishop. Some dioceses accept online programs as part of preparation, some ask for specific courses, and most combine several parts, such as meetings with the priest, a premarital inventory and an NFP class. We do not claim diocesan approval we do not have. Ask your diocesan family life office how a program like ours fits your requirements, and use it for the parts they accept, or as formation alongside them.
- Ask your family life office first
- Keep completion records in the dashboard
- Use certificates for the marriage file
Everything in the Parish plan
One subscription for the whole marriage preparation ministry. No per couple fees and nothing sold separately.

Questions from parish staff
Will our diocese accept this program for marriage preparation?
Each diocese and parish decides which marriage preparation programs it accepts. Many dioceses ask for several parts, such as meetings with the priest, a premarital inventory and an NFP class, and a course like ours covers part of that. Check with your diocesan family life office before you rely on it, and use the coordinator dashboard to keep the records they ask for.
How do we get started?
Create an account, choose the Parish plan and pay by card. The coordinator dashboard opens right away. You invite couples by email and add your staff. There is no call to book and nothing to schedule with us.
How many couples can we enroll?
Up to 25 engaged couples each month. A couple keeps access to the Engaged program and the library for the whole time of their preparation. Removing a couple does not free a place in the same month, because the limit counts enrollments.
What do couples actually study?
The 8 week Engaged program, Preparing for the Wedding Night, with weekly lessons, exercises and conversation cards, plus the full library of lessons on the sacrament, Theology of the Body, chastity and Natural Family Planning. Every teaching point cites the Catechism or a Church document with a link to the full text.
Can the coordinator read what couples ask?
No. The coordinator sees module completion, quiz results and certificate status. Questions a couple asks the assistant and their notes stay private to the couple.
Who can use the staff seats?
Up to 3 staff members, for example the pastor, a deacon and the marriage prep coordinator. Each seat has its own login and role, so you never share a password.
How do invoices work?
Every payment produces an invoice and a receipt you can download from Billing in the panel, ready for the parish office. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing there too.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Cancel renewal in Billing in one step. Your parish keeps access until the end of the period you paid for, and completion records stay downloadable.
