A short lesson for the week, faithful to Church teaching and practical, with Catechism references.

    Do the exercise

One small, concrete thing to try together during the week, chosen for where you are now.

  3. 3

    Use the conversation card

A few gentle questions that help you talk about something you might otherwise avoid.

  4. 4

    Check in together

Mark the week done, note what helped and move on when you are both ready.

Couples Program questions

How long does a program take?

Each program has 8 weeks. One week takes most couples an evening for the lesson and a few short moments during the week for the exercise and the conversation card. You can pause and pick up where you left off.

Can we do more than one program?

Yes. All five programs are included in the Couples Program plan, so you can finish one and start another, or take a program again in a later season of your marriage.

Who leads the consultations?

A Catholic therapist, a Catholic sex therapist or a certified NFP instructor, depending on what you need. You choose the kind of help when you book a time in your dashboard.

How many consultations do we get?

One private 30 minute video consultation every 3 months. On the yearly plan that is 4 consultations a year. A consultation you have used stays used for that period, even if you later cancel the booking.

Is this therapy?

The programs are formation and practical guidance, not therapy. A consultation is a focused conversation with a professional who shares your faith. If you face abuse, a crisis or a medical problem, contact emergency services, your doctor or your pastor right away.

Does the Engaged program count for marriage preparation?

You receive a completion certificate you can show your parish. Each diocese and parish decides which programs it accepts, so ask your priest or marriage prep coordinator first.

Do we both need an account?

The plan includes two logins for one couple. You share a reading list, program progress and a question thread, and each of you can keep private notes.
